Welcome to Motley’s Bookkeeping and Tax Service and thank you for trusting us with your financial needs. My name is Niresha Motley. I am the Owner and ERO in Charge. I’m honored to partner with you on your journey toward clarity, compliance, and financial confidence.

I bring a strong educational foundation and years of hands-on experience to every client relationship. I've been a active Registered Tax Preparer with The California Tax Education Council #A318428 since 2020. I hold an Associate of Science Degree in Accounting from San Diego City College. A Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance, from the University of Houston–Downtown. I am currently preparing to complete the Internal Revenue Service, three-part Enrolled Agent exam and recently became eligible to sit for the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam. While I continue my graduate studies in Accounting, my professional designation is Niresha Motley, BBA.

My passion for taxation and accounting began through the privilege of serving my community. In 2020, I volunteered with the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program for two years, assisting clients through the International Rescue Committee and AARP seniors with their tax preparation. These experiences formed the foundation of my career, teaching me how to critically analyze, navigate, and manage complex financial situations with patience, accuracy, and care. The VITA landed me a great position working at the worlds leading accounting and tax company, Intuit where I currently serve as a Tax Expert and Tax Advisor.
